Instruction To The Students

Guidelines to Students

  • During school hours, parents are not permitted to see their children or speak with the teachers without the principal's prior approval. Parents can schedule a meeting with any teacher during school hours by using the handbook to make an appointment, or they can meet during the first Saturday of the month, which is PTM day.
  • It is not permitted for parents or guardians to visit their children in class.During school hours, calls for instructors or students will not be returned.
  • is requested of parents to stay in contact with the administration regarding their children's progress. In particular, they are asked to call for and review their Progress Report, which is provided at the conclusion of the semester following each testing cycle.Students should not receive letters at the school address.
  • The school retains the ability to expel students whose behavior endangers other students, whose parents don't seem to care much about their children's academic development, or whose diligence or academic achievement is consistently subpar. Immorality, severe subordination, disobedience to authority, or deliberate destruction of property are always good enough grounds for firing someone right away.
  • It is not surprising that certain students may have a predisposition to take other students' belongings, such as pens and geometry boxes, given the diversity of backgrounds within the student body. It is asked of parents to look over their children to make sure they don't bring any stolen goods home. In order to prevent their child from having to turn to stealing, parents are asked to make sure that their child has access to enough items for school.
  • Check your child’s school diary every day. Teacher’s remarks should be noted and signed.
  • Enquire about your child’s progress at least once in a month.
  • Students should complete the home work regularly.

Message for Students

Although it cannot do everything for your child, the school can do a lot for them. A child receives their initial education and citizenship training at home. It is the setting where his or her personality is shaped and developed. It is true that education in schools fosters personality development and aids in a child's discovery and growth of skills and abilities. However, it is essential that parents and the school work together as much as possible to ensure your child receives the best education possible. The best way to assist our kids in developing into decent citizens is for the school and the parents to work together.

We sincerely ask that parents check their child's handbook every day and make sure that the homework that is due the next day is finished. Through the journal's pages, parents can communicate with subject teachers regarding the caliber and volume of work their children have attempted. But entries should only address the child's behavior or academic standing. The same is sent in a different letter from the principal/headmistress. It is best to refrain from criticizing a teacher in front of a child since it will make them less respectful of the teachers and the school. It is not appropriate to give the employees gifts or express any other kind of appreciation or goodwill in their honor. Allow our dedication to our children's futures to assist us in establishing a productive partnership between the home and the school.
