A transfer certificate will only be granted if the parent or legal guardian submits a formal application in the format provided at the front desk of the school, at least one week prior to the last day of classes.
T.C. won't be given out until all outstanding school fees have been paid. Only after the balance has been adjusted will the security deposit be reimbursed.
