No student who arrives late, takes a leave of absence, or has not attended class will be allowed to enter without the principal's or headmaster's approval.
All absences, leaves of absence, and late arrivals must be recorded in the appropriate sections of this handbook and endorsed by the parent. The kid will not be permitted to sit in class unless the principal or head of the department countersigns his or her handbook after the student arrives at the school. The leave request form must to be signed prior to the morning assembly.
The youngster will not be permitted to leave the school grounds during school hours or before school ends once they arrive. We won't consider requests for short leaves, half-day leaves, etc. In the event of an emergency, parents are required to pick up their child from school.
Parents are required to submit a separate written application and notify the principal or head teacher in advance if a student will be absent from school for more than three days.
A student's name will be removed from the rolls if they are absent or take unapproved leave for more than six days in a row. If they are allowed to return, it will only happen after they have paid a re-admission fee.
It has been observed that pupils in Classes XI and XII regularly miss class for various reasons, which interferes with the normal schedule and school order. Such anomalies disrupt the school's learning environment and will therefore be subject to disciplinary action.
In order to be eligible for the Yearly Examination, students must have a minimum of 80% attendance for the whole academic year. If a student's attendance is low, they will no longer be eligible for any academic awards.
